What does an RCM audit review?
We define and baseline the available metrics—such as days in A/R, denial rate, claim-acceptance measures, and net collection rate—then review relevant front-end, coding, denial, aging, posting, and reporting drivers. Definitions, exclusions, data quality, and limitations are documented with the findings.
Do you audit coding and compliance?
Coding and documentation review can be included when the required records, code sets, payer policies, reviewer qualifications, sample method, and reporting standard are defined. Findings identify items for qualified review rather than guaranteeing a financial or compliance outcome.
Can you review our payer contracts and fee schedules?
Contract and fee-schedule analysis can compare the agreements, remittances, allowed amounts, services, volumes, and available reference data in scope. The method and limitations should be documented; payer acceptance or renegotiation outcomes cannot be promised.

Is this the same as the free billing review?
No. The free review is an initial fit assessment. A paid RCM audit is a separately scoped engagement that can include metric baselines, workflow review, contract or fee-schedule analysis, and documented priorities depending on the available data and agreed scope.
Do we have to switch billers to get the audit?
A billing transition is not required solely to scope an audit. Access, data, systems, cooperation requirements, deliverables, and independence expectations are documented for the proposed engagement.
